With over four decades of experience in the financial sector, my career began in 1985 at Santam Bank, followed by a seamless transition to Sanlam in 1986. In 1995, I made the strategic decision to move into independent advisory services—a step that ultimately led to my pivotal role as a founding member of ACS when the firm was established in 1997.
